Keepstage Live

Your event on your own site, produced for you — with the After-Show built in.

We run your event on your own site.

For launches, customer summits and flagship webinars. Remote production is included, every speaker gets a rehearsal, and we monitor the platform for the whole show.

What your attendees see

Attendees watch on your site. Their clicks are recorded in HubSpot.

We produce the show on your domain, in your design. Sign-in, a moderated Q&A that stays private until published, and CTAs next to the stream.

How Keepstage Live works.

Speakers join in StreamYard and the stream goes out through YouTube. Attendees watch on your own site, and attendance and clicks go to HubSpot.

Setup and rehearsal

An event page on live.yourcompany.com, in your brand, with sign-in by email and first name. A run of show, a tech check with each speaker and a full rehearsal.

During · LIVE

Show day

Attendees sign in with email and first name: no password, no download. Questions stay private until your moderators publish an answer; the host sees a live queue of what to take on stage. CTA cards sit next to the stream, and clicks are tracked per contact. Keepstage runs the broadcast studio and monitors the platform for the whole show.

The After-Show, included

Attendance, new contacts with their consents, and clicks are in HubSpot. Then Next Act (product roadmap from audience questions, with quotes), the Call Sheet (follow-up matrix by lifecycle stage, in HubSpot), drafted answers to the open questions for your expert to approve, and the After-Show Report. The video stays on your YouTube channel; a gated replay on your site keeps collecting leads.

FAQ

Common questions.

Something else? Ask it on the call.

What happens if something fails during the show?

Every show has a written runbook, a full dress rehearsal and live monitoring from doors open to the last question. The platform runs on managed infrastructure with several replicas, and the video goes out on a primary and a backup stream, so a failing stream is switched without anyone reloading the page.

Production has a plan B too, agreed in rehearsal, if a speaker’s connection drops. Either way the page, the Q&A and the CTAs keep running, and your host tells the audience what’s going on.

Do we need a production company?

No. Remote production is included: run of show, a tech check with each speaker, a green room, your intro and lower thirds, and we operate the broadcast studio during the show. Speakers join from their browser.

What does our IT team need to do?

Add one DNS record so live.yourcompany.com points to the event, and create a HubSpot private app with limited scopes. No code on your website and no access to your CMS.

Does it work with YouTube Live or LinkedIn Live?

Not on their own: neither tells you who asked what, so follow-ups by segment aren’t possible. Keep streaming to YouTube and run it through Keepstage Live; the sign-in on your site provides the identity.

How many viewers can it handle?

The platform has been load-tested with 7,500 simulated concurrent attendees. The video itself is delivered by YouTube or a video CDN, never by our servers. For bigger audiences we run a dedicated load test before your event.

Which CRM do you support?

HubSpot. Behavioral events and workflows need Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise; on Starter you get properties and lists.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format: Live comes in Session, Summit and Flagship tiers, or Season for a year of events, always with remote production and After-Show included. After-Show on its own is priced per webinar. Tell us what you’re planning on the call, and you’ll have a fixed quote within 24 hours.
